In this week’s #HumanitarianHighlight, we take a look at credit unions doing amazing work. Their humanitarian efforts make a real impact in the communities across the nation.

Foothill Credit Union

Foothill Credit Union partnered with Monrovia Reads to distribute books at CELC Book Distribution. Monrovia Reads creates and supports environments where reading is valued. Great work Foothill Credit Union!

Millbury Federal Credit Union

Millbury Federal Credit Union donated $1,000 to Girls on the Run Worcester County. The funds will help the nonprofit with their cause of creating a world where every girl can activate her limitless potential. The federal credit union always helps and gives back to the community. Follow @millburycu

Arcadia Credit Union

Arcadia Credit Union donated $1,000 to the Arcadia food pantry. The project hosts is the Bethel Lutheran Church and assisted by community volunteers. Thank you for all your humanitarian efforts!

Aggieland Credit Union

The Aggieland Credit Union donated funds and materials to realize a new vegetable garden project for the Boys and Girl’s Club of Bryan. The facility started the project to help children in the community learn to appreciate where their food comes from.

Park City Credit Union

Park City Credit Union volunteered to clean at the HAVEN, Inc. The team spent the day helping clear out their garden. HAVEN, Inc. is a non-profit organization serving people who have been impacted by abuse. Amazing effort Park City Credit Union!

Wright-Patt Credit Union

Wright-Patt Credit Union volunteered at The Foodbank, Inc. and packed 450 boxes for seniors in need. The organization distributes food and related supplies to communities in Montgomery, Greene, and Preble counties. Another great example of the humanitarian efforts of credit unions.
