Summer is the season of joy, sunshine, and community spirit. Credit unions across the country bring smiles and support to their communities. Today, we highlight six credit unions spreading summer joy through their incredible acts of kindness.
Thrive Credit Union
Thrive Credit Union donated $2,500 to Dog Tags and Go Bags as part of their Community Partner Program. Their mission is to help supply veterans with essential products and to support community events that assist our nation’s heroes. Great work, Thrive CU!
GHS Federal Credit Union
GHS Federal Credit Union participated in the Fenton Free Library 5K. This community event brought people together to support the local library. Runners enjoyed a beautiful summer day while raising funds for the library. GHS showed its commitment to education and community spirit.
Kinecta Federal Credit Union
Kinecta Federal Credit Union hosted its Kinecta Adopt-a-Palooza Event with the Carson Animal Shelter. The event aimed to find forever homes for cats and dogs. Families found their perfect furry friends, spreading love and joy. Thanks to volunteers and new pet parents, the event was a huge success.
University Credit Union
University Credit Union donated $2,000 to GaelPantry. This donation supports Saint Mary’s students facing food insecurity. The contribution shows the University Credit Union’s dedication to its community. Go Gaels!!
Zeal Credit Union
Zeal Credit Union partnered with the Metro West Chapter of Credit Unions to volunteer at Forgotten Harvest. Together, they supported the mission to fight hunger and food insecurity. Their efforts brought much-needed relief to the local community. Zeal CU’s commitment to service shines bright with summer joy.
UniWyo Credit Union
