In this week’s #humanitarianhighlight, we follow credit unions demonstrating the spirit of giving in the communities in which they serve. Let’s celebrate their heartwarming deeds!

GTE Financial

GTE Financial wrapped up their Make Hope Real Initiatives with a heartwarming dinner with Santa Claus. The GTE team selected five families to purchase items from their holiday wish lists. Thank you, GTE Financial for demonstrating the spirit of giving.

Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union

Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union held their Toys for Tots Toy Drive. The organization distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to purchase Christmas gifts. The charitable campaign was successful in making a positive impact to those in need.

Timberland Federal Credit Union

Timberland Federal Credit Union hosted the Children’s Aid Society book drive. They were able to collect multiple boxes filled with children’s books. Thank you, Timberland FCU for demonstrating the spirit of giving!

Inspire Federal Credit Union

Inspire Federal Credit Union participated in the Newtown Holiday Parade. The federal credit union helped spread joy with their Nightmare before Christmas themed float. Great work, Inspire FCU!

Northwest Federal Credit Union

Northwest Federal Credit Union helped sponsor the annual Herndon Wintermarkt. The hometown event brought the community together by spreading holiday cheer. Thank you, Northwest FCU for demonstrating the spirit of giving.

Park City Credit Union

Park City Credit Union donated bags of toys and goodies to the Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital Emergency Department. The credit union filled twelve gift bags with teddy bears, LCD tablets, coloring books, crayons, and other fun items for children to play with during their visits to the hospital.
