Credit unions are the jewels of the community. In this week’s #humanitarianhighlight, we observe credit unions shining like diamonds in the communities in which they serve.

Baton Rouge Telco FCU

Baton Rouge Telco FCU is a shining jewel for its support of local youth centers. They awarded $5,000 in scholarships as part of their 2023 BR Telco Scholarship Program. Thank you BRTFCU for providing financial assistance to local youths!

American First Credit Union

The American First Credit Union team helped unload, sort, and count diaper donations collected at the HomeAid OC’s annual Diaper Drive. The event successfully collected over a million diapers and essential items.

Broadview Federal Credit Union

Broadview Federal Credit Union hosted its 3v3 Employee Basketball Tournament to benefit the American Heart Association. The organization trains 22 million people in CPR each year. They have been fighting heart disease in communities for nearly 100 years.

CME Federal Credit Union

CME Federal Credit Union held their Member Appreciation Event at their Pickerington Brach location. They showed their appreciation for their community with a fun day filled with food, games, and prizes. Great job CME Federal Credit Union!

UFirst Credit Union

UFirst Credit Union participated in the 2023 Utah Art Festival. The outdoor event promotes the arts and enhances the quality of life in Utah. Thank you UFirst Credit Union for helping the communities in which you serve!

Taunton Federal Credit Union

Taunton Federal Credit Union gifted $250 to the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust. The nonprofit organization works to protect the natural resources in Dartmouth. The gift was awarded as part of the credit union’s TFCU Fund Friday program. Another great example of how credit unions are the jewels of the community!
