Humanitarian Highlight 10.24.24

This week’s #HumanitarianHighlight is on CUs helping around the community in which they serve. They are helping to raise funds for medical research, serving meals, and sponsoring community events.

NuMark Credit Union

NuMark Credit Union took part in the Chicago Tube and Iron Employee Wellness Fair in Romeoville, IL. They shared their products and services with employees while promoting the credit union difference. By encouraging financial wellness, NuMark showed that taking care of both mind and money is vital for a healthy future. Great work, NuMark CU, for helping around the community!

Streator Onized Credit Union

Not even rain could stop Streator Onized Credit Union from participating in the Dwight Harvest Days Parade. Their dedicated volunteers gave out goodies and smiles, ensuring the community enjoyed the event. Rain or shine, SOCU showed that their commitment to the community always marches forward.

Foothill Credit Union

Foothill Credit Union made an incredible impact by donating $6,635 to City of Hope’s Walk for Hope initiative. Thanks to the efforts of members, staff, and their generous $3,000 match, Foothill CU helped support vital cancer research. Their contribution demonstrates how a united effort can drive.

Pathfinder Federal Credit Union proudly sponsored YMCA Healthy Kids Day in Natrona County. The event offered everything from fitness activities to free lunches for local families.
