These institutions prove that true community involvement goes beyond transactions—it's about creating opportunities, fostering togetherness, and giving everyone a head start towards a brighter future.
WECU
Western Washington University students are experiencing a game-changer, thanks to the partnership between Whatcom Educational credit union (WECU) and The Foundation of WWU & Alumni. A generous $25,000 donation is turning the tide by offering free access to all 2023-24 home games. Thank you WECU for helping foster a stronger sense of community.
Jovia Financial Credit Union
Jovia Financial Credit Union joined forces with the Long Island Nets and Target for their Back-To-School Donation Drive. This collaborative effort brought smiles to students at Freeport's Archer Street School. Dale the Eagle, the Nets' mascot, made a grand entrance, unveiling $2,500 worth of school supplies. This initiative demonstrated the commitment of Jovia Financial Credit Union to giving students a head start.
